As a senior consultant, you’ll develop your knowledge of our service areas and take responsibility for more complex components of projects and programmes.
As a manager, you’ll pick up line management responsibilities and leadership roles across multiple project workstreams. You’ll start to specialise in one or more main service areas.
As your leadership skills mature, you’ll lead both internal project teams and client relationships, adapting your style to coach team members and support other leaders within Clarity. By now you will be a subject matter expert in one or more areas.
Leading on everything from internal functions such as People or New Business, and on delivery of major projects, both at home and overseas, you’ll develop Clarity services and propositions to best serve the market, and manage relationships with multiple clients.
This a strategic role, where you will play a key part in setting the overall direction for Clarity, maintaining key relationships with clients, associates and partners across health and care. Taking ownership of multiple internal functions and service areas, you will aim to deliver results that regularly exceed client expectations.
