As the existing provider of the Extended and Urgent Primary Care Hub Service for Winchester, Mid Hampshire Healthcare (MHH) approached Clarity for support in securing the contract for a further three years, along with an additional contract for Eastleigh Southern Parishes.
By winning both contracts alongside their existing Andover Hub service, MHH would be able to provide a consistent extended hours GP service for users across much of West Hampshire.
We supported MHH through the process with professional advice and guidance, and by managing the interface with the commissioning service.
Conducting thorough interviews with directors and service management at MHH, we gathered source material for the bid response, and refined iteratively with the client.
In order to provide a strong and credible response, we also drafted and reviewed existing policies, and developed a communications and engagement strategy, and business continuity plan. This additional documentation suite will in turn provide MHH with a strong template from which to develop future bid responses.
MHH presented credible bids for both lots – Winchester and Andover, and gained invaluable feedback to support them in the development of future bids.
