Clarity was commissioned to support the South East Region during this time of unprecedented change and over the last year has provided Senior Programme Management to support the design and delivery of the new operating model, and mitigate risk.
Clarity worked closely with national policy leads and the South East Senior Leadership Team to translate and effectively implement the national organisational change policy in the South East Region.
The project required the Clarity team to deal with significant complexity, facilitating the design of seven new Regional Directorate structures, carrying out the formal consultation with staff and managing the redeployment of approximately 1000 staff.
Introducing daily stand-ups with the delivery team and working in a multidimensional way across the seven newly formed directorates, allowed Clarity to deliver transformational change within a challenging national timeline.
Clarity consultants represented the Region at National operations and planning meetings, troubleshooting issues that arose and proposing workable and pragmatic solutions that could be implemented as part of national policy.
Clarity was able to support our region in driving forward our restructuring programme which was complex and dynamic. The rigour given to this process through Clarity involvement enhanced our ability to deliver the programme with transparency, fairness and on time.
Clarity’s staff were professional and as well as providing leadership, were able to build a virtual team to deliver the programme at pace. They also ensured that we did not lose sight of the personal impact of restructuring programmes.
